How to Request a Refund
Simply email our team at contact@shopmysia.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Refund Processing
Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional few days for the funds to appear.
Returns
You do not need to return unopened bottles to receive your refund under the guarantee. If a return is required, we will provide the return address by email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
